At the end of the anaphase and the begining of the telophase, a bundle of microtubules align at the centre of the parental cell in between the 2 daughter nucleii. These bundles of microtubules are called "phragmoplasts".
Phragmoplasts help in the cell plate formation. Microtubules of the phragmoplasts spreads in the cytoplasm as the cell plate expands. They start from the centre and go outwards towards the cell membrane. And thus finally expands towards the parental cell wall and completes the cell division.
