The correct option is B 2.5 cm
Given:
b=5 cm ; θ=30

The condition for formation of nth minimum in diffraction pattern is given by,

bsinθ=nλ

λ=bsinθn

Here, n=1

λ=5 cm×sin301=2.5 cm

Hence, option (B) is correct.
