Given,

Distance travelled by detector = 0.14 m
Speed of light, c=3×108 ms1


Distance between the two successive maxima =λ2

According to question, distance travelled by detector in 14 successive maxima

14λ2=0.14

λ=2100 m

ν=cλ

ν=3×108×1002=1.5×1010 Hz
