Distance between planet B and Earth = $6.27\times {10}^{7}km$
If we take the ratio of distance between planet B to Earth and distnace between planet A and Earth. We get,
$\frac{6.27\times {10}^{7}km}{9.35\times {10}^{6}km}=\frac{6.27}{9.35}\times 10\approx 10$
$\Rightarrow$ Planet B is at more disance from Earth than planet A.
So, planet A is nearer to Earth.
