corollary in the sense,

we prove some theorms and some statements during the start of a chapter.

and while we are proving any theorm and we want to use the statement or any formulae from a theorm that is already proved, we use the word corollary which means (one already proved).

we simply say "by corollay" a so and so sentence is true
