The correct option is C $X$ -axis
Given points are $A (4, 0), B (- 1, - 4)$ and $C (- 1, - 4)$ .
We have plotted this on a graph paper as shown.
Clearly the figure formed is a triangle symmetrical about $x$ axis.
So, option A is correct.
