The correct option is B 2 rad/s
By the diagram shown here,

Using right-angled triangle ΔOAB
y=ABsinθ=lsinθ

Now differentiating both sides with respect to time we get,

dydt=lcosθdθdt

we also know that derivative of position with respect to time is velocity(v) and the rate of change of angular position of a rotating body is angular velocity (ω)

v=lcosθ.ω
Given, v=2 m/s,l=2 m,θ=60o
(cos60o)=12

ω=22×12=2 rad/s

Hence option B is the correct answer.
