"Political mobilisation" is a sort of influencing the existing power distribution.When the same activity of arousing the masses on the religious grounds it becomes a communalism where one's religious sentiments are incited with the machinery of propaganda's against other religions .It is done through political parties ,party workers etc who reach out to masses and play with their sentiments.India has become a hub of communal politic's where the extremists belonging to majority are trying to play a game of hatred for other's.
