The correct option is A $1 m$
At $O$ all its $P . E (16 J)$ is converted to $K . E$ .
It comes to momentary rest, after all the $K E$ at $O$ is again converted to $P . E$ of $16 J$ at $x$ .
Slope = $\frac{16}{x} = \frac{32}{2}$
$\Rightarrow x = 1 m$
