$p=\frac{mgh}{t}\Rightarrow m=\frac{p\times t}{gh}=\frac{2\times {10}^3\times 60}{10\times 10}=1200kg$

As volume = $\frac{mass}{density}\Rightarrow v=\frac{1200kg}{{10}^{3}kg/m^3}=1.2m^3$

Volume = $1.2m^3=1.2\times {10}^{3}litre=1200litre$
