Here, $PQ=SR=12\text{cm}$

Let $PS=x\text{and}PS=QR$
Since, Opposite Sides of a parallelogram are equal

$\therefore x+12+x+12=$ Perimeter

$2x+24=40$

$2x=16$

$x=8$

Hence, length of each side of the parallelogram is 12 cm, 8 cm, 12 cm and 8 cm.
