Given:
OS=5x4
OR=3x+2
Diagonals of a square are equal and bisect each other.

So,
5x4=3x+2
2x=6
x=3 [1 Mark]

Therefore, the value of x + 10 = 3 + 10 = 13. [1 Mark]
