The given picture is that of the Taj Mahal in Agra. The Taj Mahal is considered as one of the seven wonders of the world. Its beautiful architecture surely does deserve such an acclamation. The Taj Mahal is actually a mausoleum built as ordered by Shah Jahan in remembrance of his beloved wife Mumtaz who passed away in childbirth. Built in 1632, this breath-taking monument is made of white marble and is an excellent example of Mughal architecture that combined Indian and Persian influences.
