SUMMARY:
The processing of words can be done by human mind at a faster rate than that which can be done as the speaker speaks. Therefore, speakers must be attentive and listeners should also be careful. Good speakers must be good listeners. Listening is hearing with concentration. Good listening is an art and a good listener grasps faster what the speaker is trying to say. When speaker fails, the listener helps. But for listening, certain physical and psychological barriers should be removed.
