No, presence of cell wall is not related to the mode of nutrition. Mode of nutrition and presence of cell wall are the criteria used for classifying the organisms. Based on this, the organisms are classified into five kingdoms namely, protista, monera, fungi , plantae and animalia. An organism is autotroph only when it is capable of carrying out photosynthesis and is marked by the presence of chlorophyll in chloroplast.
