Pressure at a point inside a liquid does not depend on ___.
the volume of the liquid
the mass of the liquid
Liquid pressure depends on the height of the column of liquid and the density of the liquid. It does not depend on the mass or volume of the liquid. The pressure exerted by a liquid increases with the depth and is not same everywhere in the bulk of the liquid. So as we go deeper, the overlying column of water increases and hence the pressure increases.
Equal pressure is exerted in all directions from a point(A) in a liquid.
