$2x+5x=2590$
or ,$x=370$
So, $F=2\times 370=740$
$O=5\times 370=1850$
New expenditure =110% of 740+115% of 1850$=110\times \frac{740}{100}+115\times \frac{1850}{100}=814+2127.5=2941.50$
Then Desired increase $=2941.50-2590=351.50$
