The correct option is B 221 V/m
Given:
E=2 V
r=1 Ω; R=10 Ω; R1=10 Ω

So, current i passes through circuit will be
i=Er+R1+R=21+10+10

i=221 A

So, potential drop across wire AB will be

VAB=iR=221×10=2021 V

Therefore, potential gradient K is

K=VABL=20/2110=221 V/m

Hence, option (b) is the correct answer.
