Solution

The correct option is B Microsporangial wall inner to epidermis
A young anther has a homogeneous mass of hypodermal cells which is surrounded by a single layer of Epidermis. Below the epidermis, some cells contain prominent nucleus and dense cytoplasm. These cells are called archesporial cells which divide periclinally to form an outer group of cells called primary parietal cells and an inner group of cells called primary sporogenous cells. Primary parietal cells divide to form two layer of secondary parietal cells. Outer layer of secondary parietal cells differentiate to form Endothecium. The inner layer of secondary parietal cells divide to form two layers, one of which forms the middle layers and the other forms the Tapetum.
Hence, primary parietal cells eventually form the microsporangial wall inner to epidermis.
So, the correct answer is C.
