The correct option is D 'B' has fulfilled the condition.
The above noted problem is based on Section 32 of the Indian Contract Act in which after the happening of the event to which such a condition is attended. The reasonable conclusion drawn that the B has fulfilled the condition. Hence option (b) is correct.
