Solution

The correct options are
A The human rights debate is continuously evolving, and our country actively supports new human rights claims.
C The Indian Constitution establishes fundamental human rights for all Indian citizens.
D The National Human Rights Commission is set up to monitor the implementation of human rights in the country.
India has been an active supporter of the continually evolving human rights at the global stage. Articles 12 to 35 of the Indian Constitution establishes fundamental human rights for all the Indian citizens. Our constitution has explicitly named these rights as "Fundamental Rights". It has also set up the National Human Rights Commission to monitor the implementation of human rights in the country. The State Human Rights Commission does the same at the state level.

India needs to improve its implementation of human rights as there are many examples of human rights violations in the country.
