Then original income of the farmer = Rs(s×y)=Rsxy
Njow as per question, production of wheat =214× production of rice ==94x quintals

Cost of wheat = Rs =45y
Present income of the farmer ==Rs(9x4×4y5)=Rs95sy=145 times of xy
= 145 times the previous income
