rightside is positive x axis and

VAB is velocity of A w.r.t. B.
VAB=VAVB
VA=VOAgt=VOA^igt^j .....(1)
VB=VOBgt=VOB cosθ^i+VOB sinθ^jgt^j ....(2)
VAB=(VOAVOBcosθ)^iVOBsin θ ^j
