prokaryotes are very primitive organism still they are not extinct while many advanced organism have extinct why?

Dear student.

The primitive organisms such as prokaryotes initially adapted to a particular environment were gradually subjected to various environmental challenges. Those who were able to exploit diverse environments or resources in a better way were chose by the nature( a process called natural selection). Those survived organisms then evolved and adjusted to varied environmental conditions. As a result of which still they are not extinct.

On the other hand, advanced organism faces different environmental threats as well as human interference. As a result of which many advanced organisms is extinct.
