Propane has 2 alkyl radicles of which one is isopropyl but we use prefix iso when 2 c atom has one methyl group but in isopropyl 2 c atom donot have one methyl group so why (1-methyl ethyl) is called isopropyl as it donot have 1 methyl group on 2nd c atom
