Proteins have primary structure, if you are given a method to know which amino acid is at either of the two termini (ends) of a protein, can you connect this information to purity or homogenesity of a protein?

Solution
Simply knowing the two amino acids at the two ends of a protein cannot help in designating a protein as pure or homogeneous. It is because a protein is made of numerous amino acids. The difference in the composition and sequence of the various amino acids makes one protein different from the other. There are many methods which are employed for determining the purity of a protein and one such method is sequencing the complete protein by Edman or Sangers technique.
