The correct option is B 40 cm2
For QRTU parallelogram, RS is the perpendicular distance between the parallel sides QR and TU, which is the height of the parallelogram.
Since, PRSU is a rectangle,
RP = SU = 16 cm [ Opposite sides of a rectangle are equal]
QR = RP - PQ = 16 - 6 = 10 cm

Now, RS = 4 cm is the height of the parallelogram and QR = 10 cm is the base of the parallelogram QRTU.

Hence, area of the parallelogram QRTU
= base x height
= 10 cm x 4 cm
= 40 cm2
