Sprouts provide more nutrition than cooked pulses. They are very nutritious as they contain all the elements that a plant needs for life and growth. They are the rich sources of an array of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants and are rich in digestible energy. During the process of cooking pulses and if we are using a lot of water to boil it then some of the nutrients gets lost.
