Sum of fractions:-
3/2+5/7
=21/14+10/14
=(21+10)/14
=31/14

Difference:-
3/2-5/7
=21/14-10/14
=(21-10)/14
=11/14

Dividing the sum of fractions by their difference:-
=(31/14)/(11/14)
=31/14×14/11
=31/11

Answer is 31/11
