Solution

Dear Student ,
1. According to universal law of gravitation two objects attract each other with equal force but in opposite direction .The earth attracts the moon with equal force with which the moon attracts earth .
2.yes the moon attracts earth . But the force of attraction between earth and moon are equal and opposite in direction(according to Newton's third law of motion ) so they do not move each other .Since the earth is ,much larger than the moon so the acceleration produced on the earth surface acceleration 1m can not be noticed .
3. Ocean tides are the periodic rise and fall of water of ocean caused by the gravitational attraction between earth and moon .
This attraction of moon causes the water of the ocean to bulge out towards the moon .
4. The gravitational force between earth and our body is known as "Weight" of our body .
