Dear student,

(i) The octet or valence shell in inert gases are fully filled and hence have maximum stability. Thus they don't need any electron for achieving stability and have 0 electron affinity.
(ii) The most metallic elements lies on the left of the modern periodic table. Also, metallic nature increase down the group.
Hence the most metallic element is Francium(Fr) which lies at the bottom of Group I.
(iii) The reaction is a double decomposition reaction in which white precipitate of AgCl is formed.
NaCl(aq.) + AgNO3 (aq.) NaNO3(aq.) + AgCl(s)
