Original area will be, A=l× b

New length =l×(1+30100)=1.3 l

New width =b×(115100)=0.85 b

New area=1.3l×0.85b=A×(1.3×0.85)=A×1310×1720=221200 A

New area is greater than the original area by 221200AA=21200A

% difference =21200×100=10.5%
