Solution

The correct option is A Rs 420
For principal amount x

When R=5%,T=4 years and Amount (A)=Rs.504

Therefore, SI =504x

Hence, using, SI=PRT100

504x=x×5100×450400100x=20x50400=120xx=50400120x=Rs.420

Now, R=10%,T=212 years and P=Rs.420

SI=420×10×5200

=Rs.105

Therefore, new amount =420+105=Rs.525
