$CP=Rs.3000,P\%=10\%,D\%=25\%,MP=?$

$SP=(1–D\%)MP=(1+P\%)CP$

$\to (1–0.25)MP=(1+0.10)\times 3000$

$\to 0.75MP=1.1\times 3000=3300$

$(As0.75=¾),¾MP=3300$

$MP=3300\times 4/3=1100\times 4=Rs.4400$
