u = 3 m/s

A)
After 2 s
v = u+at = 3+4 x2 = 11 m/s
Distance travelled in 2 s
s = ut +1/2 at² = 3x2 + 1/2 (3x2x2) = 12 m
So position is 12+5 = 17 m

B)
When v = 5 m/s
v² =u²+2as
5x5 = 3x3 + 2x4xs
s= 16/8 = 2m
Position = 2+5 = 7 m
