Solution

The correct option is A 1, 3 and 4 only

Explanation:

  • Johnson-Ardagh Line and Macdonald Line are related to the disputes in the Western Sector. The Johnson-Ardagh line shows the Aksai Chin region as a territory within erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir while the Macartney-MacDonald line, placed much of Aksai Chin, in China.
  • McMahon Line acts as the de facto boundary line in the Eastern sector. However, China refuses to accept this.
  • The Radcliffe line is the international boundary between India and Pakistan on the western side and between India and Bangladesh on the eastern side.
  • The Durand Line is the international border between Afghanistan and Pakistan. India also has a small claim to the borderline, through Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (about 105 km of the easternmost section of the boundary line).
