Hyderabad:

Kilich Khan, defeated & killed Mubariz Khan in the Battle of Shaker-Kheda (1724) & assumed control of the Deccan. In 1725, he became the viceroy and conferred on himself the title of Asaf-Jah. (Asaf Jahi dynasty)

Bengal:

In 1700 Murshid Quli Khan was appointed the Diwan of Bengal by Aurangzeb. After Aurangzeb's death founded an independent kingdom of Bengal.

Awadh: In 1722 Saadat khan Burhan-ul-Mulk was appointed governor of Awadh. He made Province virtually independent & hereditary before he died in 1739.
