Method 1:
Taking clockwise direction as positive and anti-clockwise direction as negative,
${90}^{\circ }+{135}^{\circ }-{270}^{\circ }=-{45}^{\circ }=>{45}^{\circ }$

Method 2:
After turning ${90}^{\circ }$, She is looking in the East direction, then after turning ${135}^{\circ }$ in the same direction, she would be facing the south-west direction. At last after turning ${270}^{\circ }$ she would be facing the north-west direction.
