After the formation of the sperms in testes, these are transferred to sacs called the seminal vesicles where they are stored. They are then deposited in the urethra of female at the time of copulation through the ejaculatory ducts. If these are blocked on both sides, no sperm will come through. Ejaculatory duct obstruction presents with a low ejaculate volume with no sperm count or very low sperm count . Ejaculatory duct obstruction is the cause of infertility in 1-5% of infertile men.
