All five lectures will be held together during the days that are LCM of (2,3,4,5 and 6) and its multiples. LCM of (2,3,4,5 and 6) = 60
Hence, the five lectures will be held together on 1^st day, 61^st day, 121^st day, 181^st day and 241^st day, i.e. a total of 5 days in 250 days.
