The correct option is B 22

The least number of days in a month will occur only in February, which has 28 days (normal year) or 29 days (Leap year). Now, 2 Saturdays + 4 Sundays = 6 holidays. Hence, the number of working days in February of a normal year = 28 – 6 = 22, and in a Leap-year (assuming that 1st Feb is a Sunday, there will be 5 Sundays in this Feb) = 29 – 7 = 22.
