Statement 1 is correct. Directive Principles of State Policy under Article 50 provides for the separation of the judiciary from the executive in the public services of the State.
Statement 2 is incorrect. Under Article 51(e) it is the Fundamental Duty of the citizens to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities and to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women.
Statement 3 is incorrect. Fundamental Right under Article 25 says that all persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice and propagate religion.
