In the first question the resonance is exhibited by phenol,aniline,and nitrobenzene and is not shown by cyclohexane.
for the second answer benzene, i.e option a , is the only non aliphatic. Benzene is considered to be aromatic. While others do not obey the 4(n)+2 rule for aromaticity.
