The Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) is an inter-governmental organisation of states set up with the objective of strengthening regional cooperation within the Indian Ocean Region. The Indian Ocean Dialogue is IORA's premier 1.5 track forum for dialogue between academia and officials on strategic issues of interest and concern facing the Association.
