A chemical equation is the symbolic representation of a chemical reaction in the form of symbols and formulae. We know each element is given name and symbol. We use these names & symbols in chemical equation for faster and easy analysis of reaction between chemicals.


In chemical reactions the reactant(chemical on which reaction is done) entities are given on the left-hand side and the product( new chemical produced from reactant) entities on the right-hand side.
