2. differences between Pinochet's rule in Chile and communist rule in Poland
The difference between Pinochet's rule and the rule in Poland was that while the former was a military dictator, the latter was that the rule of the government was communist. In a dictatorship, it is the the rule of a single person ( Pinochet's rule) and in case of communism, it is ruled by a group of rulers like oligarchs, aristocrats.
