The National Human Rights Commission consist of four ex-officio members. They are the chairmen of the National Commission for Minorities, the National Commission for SCs, the National Commission for STs and the National Commission for Women. National Commission for SCs and STs are the Constitutional Bodies while other two are Statutory Bodies.
