This argument may be nicely presented in a Venn diagram. I.et us use the acronym PRECLV for 'People who resist evidence contrary to legal views

Now the argument runs that since Aman is outside the inner oval he must be outside the outer oval. Clearly this is not correct, because Aman may well be inside the exterior oval. In other words Aman's position may be like the following

In answer choice (a) if we draw a diagram Lagan's position would be outside the outer oval. Hence the argument in (a) is not comparable to the given argument.
