The correct option is B

(b) Only 2, 3 and 4

The International Labour Organization was created in 1919 by the Versailles Peace Treaty ending World War I. After the demise of the League of Nations, the ILO became the first specialized agency associated with the UN. Its secretariat is located in Geneva, Switzerland. Unlike other United Nations specialized agencies, the International Labour Organization has a tripartite governing structure – representing governments, employers, and workers. ILO designates some member countries as ―Chief Industrial Importance. The designated nations are Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States. IPEC+ is one of the flagship programs of the ILO for eradication child labour (International Programme on the Eradication of Child Labour)
