(c) Housing - The animals should be placed in adequate spaced shelters, with well-ventilated roofed sheds that protect them from rain, heat, and cold. The floor of the shelter needs to be kept dry always. Overcrowding should be avoided.
(d) Immunisation - The animals should be protected from diseases by vaccinations. Also, diseased animals should be kept isolated. Any diseased condition should be immediately reported to the veterinary doctor.
